Maintenance

Rocket Appartamento Nera

• • Daily: Flush water through the group head after use. Wipe the steam wand after steaming milk and purge it by running steam for a few seconds.
  • Weekly: Backflush the group head with a blind basket and espresso machine detergent, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Monthly: Remove and clean the shower screen, gasket, and portafilter basket.
  • Water Quality: Use clean drinking water within the manufacturer’s recommended hardness range. Consult an authorized service center for descaling guidance.

Rocket Faustino

• • Weekly: Empty the bean hopper and wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Use a brush to remove retained grounds from the chute and around the burrs.
  • Periodic Cleaning: Clean the internal grind chamber and chute as needed, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Burr Inspection: Inspect the 50 mm flat burrs periodically and replace them when worn. Consult the manufacturer for service guidance.
